About the Artist
Coco Aramaki is better known as a stunning photographer for publications such as the New York Times and Rolling Stone. But seven years ago she launched into paintings. This video (link) describes her journey.
Coco’s current exhibit at HOUSEWRIGHT in Seattle’s Georgetown neighborhood (1224 S. Bailey), called “The Nite Gardener,” showcases the outcomes of her nocturnal expressions.
“They represent the conversations in my mind that keep me up at night. They represent my heart aches and my hope for the people I love.”
