The promotion of the role of women is a significant policy priority for both the U.S. and Japan. Both countries are committed to furthering gender equality in the workplace and women's full participation in our societies by working together in various platforms. Join our speakers for a very important discussion on Diversity and Inclusion in Today's Corporate Environment and how we can empower women in the workforce.

Seiji Yasubuchi is the sponsor of AXA Life Japan's Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Council and has fostered inclusion across the organization, covering gender, LGBTQ, and handicapped people, where he continued the support for the Blind Soccer as well. industries as well as in the public and private sectors. She is currently the head of Engagement, Inclusion and Diversity at HashiCorp where she provides strategic direction and integrates Inclusive practices throughout HashiCorp’s global footprint and people processes. As a passionate advocate for equity, Colleen develops and operationalizes more equitable systems and processes that are sustainable and scalable. She is a 4th generation Japanese

American born and raised in Seattle where she actively sits on non-profit boards that strive for economic and social change in the world.




Dina Glassman is a career consultant, career coach and founder of Glassman Coaching.  She has coached Event Committee Chair Makiko Coffland and she used to practice at a big law firm in New York for many years.  Dina has a wonderful understanding of female workers and also provide supports to workers at a different stages in their career.  She is located in Portland, OR.





Kay Packard specializes in determining fair value and fair market value measurements for public and private companies for various purposes including financial and tax reporting purposes such as common stock valuation with complex capital structures (ASC 718/IRC 409A), purchase price allocations (ASC 805), impairment tests (ASC 350/360), as well as corporate planning, ESOP, and potential transaction purposes at BDO.

She has experience in a broad range of industries including biotech & life sciences, technology, financial advisory services, retail, healthcare, and manufacturing.
