Holiday Celebration Dinner and Auction

The Westin Seattle Grand Ballroom

3:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Join us in celebrating the holiday season at our 2018 Holiday Celebration Dinner and Auction! This event is our biggest event of the year and the perfect way to get involved with our Society. Volunteers are needed for shifts from 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm.

**If you are able to overlap shifts, please let us know! 

Registration

• Starting Time - 3:00 PM
• Ending Time - 7:00 PM
• Need: 8 people
• Duties include: Checking guests in, distributing name tags, event programs, and any additional materials.

Banquet Hall

• Starting Time - 5:00 PM
• Ending Time - 9:00 PM
• Need: 6 people
• Duties include: Wine spotting, recording bid numbers for Live Auction and Raise the Paddle, transporting live auction items to stage.

Auction

• Starting Time - 6:00
• Ending Time - 10:00 PM
• Need:  10 people
• Duties include:  assisting bidders during the auction, closing the auction, recording payments, and packaging & delivering auction items to guests.

Volunteers may be assigned to different sessions depending on availability.

We'll be working in teams, so this is a great chance to make friends and meet new people! If you want to dress up a little, interact with some of the biggest names in the Seattle Japanese community, and gain valuable volunteer experience, please register!

*Dress-code is business casual: no jeans, sweatshirts, or t-shirts, please.
