Join the Japan-America Society of the State of Washington for a special opportunity to support our premier annual event, the Annual Meeting & Spring Gala 2026.

Volunteers are essential to making the event a success and it’s a great opportunity to meet new people, support meaningful work, and experience the event from behind the scenes.
Date: Friday, April 24, 2026 | 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Location: Bellevue City Hall (450 110th Ave NE, Bellevue, WA 98004)
Volunteer tasks include: assisting with event setup and teardown, supporting the registration table, welcoming and assisting guests, helping with food and beverage setup/service, and providing general support throughout the Gala.
