Registration

1. Volunteer - Saturday ALL DAY 10am-6pm
Hang out at the JASSW booth, handing out flyers, promoting membership and our various programs and upcoming events, and run the chopstick game
2. Volunteer - Saturday AM 9:30am-2:00pm
Hang out and hand out flyers, promote membership and upcoming events and our various programs; please plan to arrive a little early since the doors open at 10am
3. Volunteer - Saturday PM 1:30pm-6:00pm
Hang out and hand out flyers, promote membership and upcoming events and our various programs
4. Volunteer - Sunday ALL DAY 10am-5pm
Hang out at the JASSW booth, handing out flyers, promoting membership and our various programs and upcoming events, and run the chopstick game
5. Volunteer - Sunday AM 9:30am-2:30pm
Hang out and hand out flyers, promote membership and upcoming events and our various programs; please plan to arrive a little early since the doors open at 10am
6. Volunteer - Sunday PM 2:00pm-6:00pm
Hang out and hand out flyers, promote membership and upcoming events and our various programs, stay to help break down the booth after event ends at 5pm. You can leave early once the booth is packed up.

Join us for a great weekend at the bustling Japan Fair! Come help JASSW in promoting its various programs and membership with flyers and engaging activities!

Volunteer tasks: hang out at our table, hand out flyers, answer general questions about JASSW & membership, coordinate our chopsticks challenge games, help set up or break down booth depending on your shift time.

Further instruction and information about your role and the event will be sent to registered volunteers prior to the event.

You can volunteer for the full day, the AM shift, or the PM shift.

SATURDAY

Full Day Shift: 10 am to 6 pm

AM Shift: 9:30 am to 2:00 pm

PM Shift: 1:30 pm to 6:00 pm

SUNDAY

Full Day Shift: 10 am to 5 pm

AM Shift: 9:30 am to 2:30 pm

PM Shift: 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm

Note About Parking:

We encourage volunteers to take public transportation to & from Meydenbauer Center if possible.
