Join us as we celebrate the holiday season at our 2024 Holiday Dinner! This event is our biggest event of the year and the perfect way to get involved with our Society. There are two shifts you can volunteer for: full-day and half-day.

Date: October 19th
Time: 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Location: Bellevue Children's Academy, 14640 NE 24th St, Bellevue

Full-Day Shift: 4:00 - 9:00 pm
Full-day volunteers will receive a meal.
Duties can include:
Set-Up (4:00 ~ 5:00 pm): Help get items ready for registration, organize documents, name tags, etc.)
Guest Registration (5:00 ~ 7:00 pm): Checking guests in, distributing name tags, event programs, and any additional materials.
Auction (5:00 ~ 7:00 pm): Assisting bidders during the auction, closing the auction, recording payments, and packaging & delivering auction items to guests.
Banquet Hall (7:00 ~ 8:30 pm): Wine spotting, recording bid numbers for Live Auction and Raise the Paddle, transporting live auction items to stage.
Clean-Up (8:30 pm ~ )
Half-Day Shift: 6:30 - 9:30 pm
Half-day volunteers will receive some snacks, but we cannot provide meals for you. Please eat before coming to volunteer.
Duties may include:

Banquet Hall (7:00 pm ~ ): Wine spotting, recording bid numbers for Live Auction and Raise the Paddle, transporting live auction items to stage.
Clean-Up (8:30 pm ~ )
We'll be working in teams, so this is a great chance to make friends and meet new people! If you want to dress up a little, interact with some of the biggest names in the Washington/Japanese community, and gain valuable volunteer experience, please register!
*Dress-code is business casual: no jeans, sweatshirts, or t-shirts, please.
