Important information about the Open House:
Appointments only accepted through the registration site.
You do not need to bring anything in particular.
Additional instructions will be emailed the day before the open house appointment.
JASSW Commissary Kitchen Incubator:
Incubation Program: The Shared Kitchen program is intended to kickstart new and developing hospitality businesses with sales support training and feasibility assistance.
Sales support with kitchen experts: Our local experts have over 30 years of experience as a Hospitality Consultant in Washington. Support can include product development, sales channel development, public relations, etc., while providing consultation and support for opening a business. (Interpreter services available in Japanese.)
Open for business immediately in a commercial kitchen: We have cleared the requirements to obtain a business license, and you can start operating from the first day of use as soon as you receive a permit from King County.
Collaboration with others: Participants in this program are encouraged to offer advice and consultation with each other. Joint events can be held.
Take-out and delivery: Start your own business without the cost of renting a restaurant or hiring waiters and other employees. There are many ways to use the space. You can also use it as a delivery base.
Kitchen reservation: Businesses that wish to apply for kitchen time can make reservations online through our easy reservation website.
