日本語のご案内はこちら

Join our speakers at Bellevue City Hall for a very important discussion on how we can empower women in the workforce. Five guest speakers discuss what you can do to promote gender quality at your workplace and what is being done now in Seattle and Japan.

You can even voice your own opinions during the Q&A session or network with the speakers and other guests during the post-program reception. Childcare is also available.

The second in the series, this keynote and panel will provide another look at this issue. The promotion of the role of women is a significant policy priority for both the U.S. and Japan. Both countries are committed to furthering gender equality in the workplace and women's full participation in our societies by working together in various platforms. A panel discussion will cover the link between female participation in the workforce and the impact on the overall economic growth in Washington State and beyond as well as the changes in corporate culture to further ensuring women play more active roles to strengthen the economy.

Worried about your kids? Complimentary childcare is available for attendees at International Learning Academy! You can drop off children at the Academy just 5 minutes away from this event. (11512 NE 19th St, Bellevue, WA 98004)
