Shota Nakajima (Chef Owner) teams up with Jason Lock (Director of Operations/Wine Director)  to bring Seattle a contemporary cuisine inspired by kaiseki in June of 2015. Chef Shota apprenticed under Michelin Star Chef Yasuhiko Sakamoto in Osaka, Japan. Chef Shota will drive the culinary team at naka to offer an innovative and delicious dining experience.
