Special Reception -- By invitation only.

Please join us for a special visit from two dynamic personalities.  Former Japanese Ambassador to the United States, Ichiro Fujisaki and Minoru (Ben) Makihara, Senior Corporate Advisor, Mitsubishi Corporation.  Ambassador Fujisaki is now a guest professor at Keio University. 

Mr. Makihara is the key person to promote CULCON -- U.S-Japan Conference on Cultural and Educational Interchange. He is the Japan Chair of CULCON, which is a bi-national advisory panel that serves to elevate and strengthen the vital cultural and educational foundation of the U.S.-Japan relationship.  CULCON submitted their recommendation to both Prime Minister Abe and President Obama recently.

They will talk about CULCON activity followed by a Q&A session.
