Registration

Volunteer 4-10 PM
Assist with either shift depending on need.
Volunteer 4-9 PM
Volunteer from 4-9 PM to assist with registration and fundraising
Volunteer 6-10 PM
Assist with the auction room and guest check-out.

Join us in celebrating the holiday season at our 2016 Holiday Celebration Dinner and Auction! This event is our biggest event of the year and the perfect way to get involved with our Society. Volunteers will assist with registration and the fundraising during the 4-9 PM shift or with the auction room during the 6-10 PM shift.

Registration

Starting Time - 4:00
Ending Time - 9:00 PM
Need: 8 people
Duties include: Checking guests in, distributing name tags, event programs, and any additional materials.

Auction

Starting Time - 6:00
Ending Time - 10:00 PM
Need: 10 people
Duties include: assisting bidders during the auction, closing the auction, recording payments, and packaging & delivering auction items to guests.

Volunteer Raffle

There is a FREE raffle for all volunteers.
If you have signed up to volunteer, your name has been entered in to win 1 of the 10 prizes!
Prizes include: boxes of Pocky + more!
If you bring 1 extra volunteer (pre-approved by us) to the event, you will receive an extra ticket in the raffle.

We'll be working in teams, so this is a great chance to make friends and meet new people! If you want to dress up a little, interact with some of the biggest names in the Seattle Japanese community, and gain valuable volunteer experience, please register!
